Retrieving my landline number

Hi

How do I retrieve my landline number please?  I have called Sky and they apparently cannot tell me over the phone due to data protection, which seems bonkers given I have to verify my full name and address to pass security anyway...  They keep saying to look in my MySky app > Account, but the Telephone number displayed is my mobile, not landline.

I do not have a landline phone connected to the landline, so cannot simply ring out from it.

Seems ridiculously difficult to obtain my own information.

Thanks

There are a few ways to find it out:

1. It should be shown on your online Sky account at https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk

2. It will be in your confirmation sign-up documentation

Re: Retrieving my landline number

Hi

Thanks for that but unfortunately the app/account shows my mobile number where I would expect the landline to be stated.

The confirmation documentation I received via e-mail simply states "Your Sky Talk phone number:
This will be confirmed at a later date".  I never received the follow-up confirmation.

Regards

Dripdrop

@dripdrop84

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

@Hela0320

1. It should be shown on your online Sky account at https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk

2. It will be shown on the MySky app.

3. It will be in your confirmation sign-up documentation

4. Call your mobile from your landline and the number will be displayed on your mobiles screen

5. Dial 17070 from your landline phone as it will tell you what it is.
