Report a fault for a neighbour

My neighbour has asked me to report her landline as not working.  Could someone contact me, please?

@Jay586 we're a customer Community, I'm afraid. Sky won't respond to your post here. And they wouldn't be able to help anyway, unfortunately, because of data protection requirements, as you're not the accountholder.
