We cannot recieve or make calls on our land line as it crackles loudly.

we have had broadband and sky TV for several years and this has happened recently.

Can you help

Try the troubleshooting via this link. If it discovers an external fault it may allow you to arrange an engineer.

First try the connection test here, regardless that your broadband is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

If it doesn't detect a fault, it will need to be reported directly to Sky. If you wish, we can ask their messaging team to contact you via the forum so that you can do that.
