I am having this same issue, a week ago or so an openreach engineer came out, said all the landline was fine no issues and now if i call landline engaged tone and i cannot dial out

Nothing has been changed since a week and no upgrades to package either

Can someone help

Did line check status and everything is good and up and running, did troubleshooting disconnecting everything turn on and turn off tried different phones and still nothing. I do not have internet calls so this is nothing to do with the issue @Addie15 can you assist please

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
