Cannot access sky broadband shield

I also tried to turn on sky talk call blocking, on the My Sky app, eventually  I found this snippet it's a Sky problem they are working on ?

intrestly sky shield on my Sky app  only shows Broadband options not Talk no Talk ones.

There  are time with Sky you lose the will to live

Why are Sky so reluctant to let customers know the talk sheald does not work,

iam told you can turn it on phone, all you get is sorry sheald not connected!

complaints about it just don't answer !

It used to be a free extra on my Sky app, now disappeared completely , Yet Sky continues to treat customers like fools.

For most, the Sky Talk Shield works perfectly and continues to be a free service.

Can you tell us exactly what message you see when you try to turn it on via your phone handset?
