Sky Talk Shield

I'm getting more and more spam calls and want to use Sky Talk Shield to prevent them. Shield is included in my package but I can't set it up as I keep getting a Whoops! We're trying to fix the problem. I've tried the 1470 number suggested but that doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated

The fact that it's a long time problem is disappointing though

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Managed to get Sky Talk Shield set up after speaking to an advisor. However I can only add stars or block numbers via the phone. Can't access via my sky app.

Yes, there's a long outstanding known problem affecting some customers when you try to access the Shield online,
