Broadband and tv is working, home telephone is not working ?

Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content.

What's the background to this? Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk (landline)? If so, when was your service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Is your Hub black or white?
