My landline phone isn't working tried it this morning at 9.30am no ringing or sound and have been trying it and still not working please can you deal with this matter as soon as possible Mrs S.Hassan.

You seem to have missed the first bit of my previous post when I said we are customers and NOT Sky Customer Services.

 

Have you other means of calling Sky or would you like to be contacted by Skys Messaging Team on here tomorrow?

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

Hi my phone was working before it only stopped working today when I wanted to use it this morning 9/12/24 at 9.20am can you please get someone to check outside as I did notice a guy on the ladder fiber lite he was doing as soon as possible Mrs S.Hassan

No one will come that quickly. You have to report it to Sky first. Please read the earlier posts and reply to what was asked if you want contact from the Messaging Team.
