My phone landline has stopped working but my broadband is still connecting.
I can call the number but it is not responsive.
tried plugging it directly into socket, new cable etc.
Have put a new phone in but it still doesn't connect.
Seems to be similar to other people's issues.

After speaking with the customer and running some tests we have identified an external fault and have raised the issue to BT Openreach. It was nice speaking with you and thank you for the escalation 🙂
