Phoneline Interference

My phoneline has interference on the line, changed phones and followed online guidance and still having the issue.

@Shooter01  Are you able to call Sky?

 

You can call on 150 from your landline.

I have not got another phone to call from, so would appreciate it if sky contacted me through webchat if possible. But Thank you for your reply.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Still experiencing issues with phone line

I posted on here with regards to my phoneline having interference, Sky got in contact and i have had several messages to say that the issue has been resolved. This issue hasnt, can this be escalated to a Sky employee please.

What was the outcome of the previous chat? Was the issue passed to Openreach?

I sent pictures over of the connections to the phoneline, then they also tested the broadband speed which they said was slow, they then said that they would escalate the issue but did not mention openreach. I then received messages to sa that the issue has been resolved but it hasnt.

I have merged your new post into your original thread. Starting a new thread just causes confusion. 
Chat invites are not guaranteed. I suspect that your issue was past to Openreach to investigate and as far as the original chat with Sky was concerned it was resolved (by Sky informing Openreach).
