Phone

My landline is telling me to check line connection which I have done twice and cannot see that there's any wires out. We are both over 80 and unable to fix this problem ourselves, we need the phone for in coming calls not so much to phone out, please can this problem be solved ASAP we have been with sky over 24 years and expect better service than this please not make me change to another supplier. @MargaretGillatt

Sky won't know you have an issue until it's reported to them, then they can get Openreach to investigate.

Would you like your issue escalating to Sky on here to arrange a private chat?

@MargaretGillatt this is most likely the result of an external line fault, which will persist even if you change supplier. It will need to be reported to Sky (posting on this public forum doesn't do that), who will run some checks to establish exactly where the fault is, and then engage Openreach to investigate. You can either contact Sky yourself to report it, or as @Daniel0210 posted, we can ask Sky to invite you to a private online chat so that you can report it that way.
