Hub voice light off - intermittent internet connection

Hub voice light went out 24 hours ago (other 3 green) and broadband has been patchy since. Sky online tools and tests report no issues and all phone menus direct away from speaking to anyone.

 

I can see this has been an issue for others and it's almost always been an external issue. Any help getting it resolved would be appreciated.
