It hasn't been working since October last year which made me change from BT to sky, now with sky still not working after being told it's going live on the 20 may. Family and friends can't get through to me on my number [removed]. I've kind of given up.

Have you checked to see if your number changed on moving to Sky?
Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.
Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.
