My phone line had just gone down and I have an emergency alarm attatched to it. It keeps saying the phone line is not connected. Can you please check my phone line

If not you'll need to contact Sky to report a fault. If you don't have the means to do so, we can alert Sky here and they may be able to help via the Community's online messaging service.
