Can't make or receive calls??

Hello everyone, I have Sky Talk Sheild but I now cannot receive or make calls!?

When I phone out, it dials then I get the engaged tone.

When people try & phone me, they get a voice message saying It's temporarily unavailable??

I've checked all ports & turned everything on & off but no change?😳

I've followed the instructions on a similar post regarding connections but still nothing.

I get a ringtone but when I phone out I get an engaged signal.

People can't phone me either

Ps: I have my mobile to phone customer services

@LagerologyI would give Sky a call and this way they can run tests to see what is going on. Explain to them what is going on. This is an odd one and be nice to see what the outcome is.

The fault is on the outside of the house, thanks for your help! 👍

@LagerologyGreat. glad you got to the bottom of the fault? Are they sending out an engineer to fix it?
