My landline phone is not working, no dialing tone nor does the 2nd phone work. I've also tried using a standard phone not cordless ones and still nothing. I've gone through the online help and its still the same. I urgently need to fix this as I care for my 80year mum and she needs 24hour access to a phone. I've tried mobiles she's not very good with !!. Any help would be appreciated

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

It might be best to call (if you can) to report it, as it's urgent.
