Our landline has not been working for about 10 days now. I have someone here with cancer who I need to ring the doctor for and cannot Bcus there is no phone line working. (I don't have a mobile). Sky's answer to this is to RING them????? How can I with no phone???
Can someone tell me how to contact sky and get my landline fixed please?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
