Phone not working but broadband is

I've done a line test which says everything is good. Ive tried another phone cable as it says line error on the phone display. and bought a new phone and it still does not work im pretty sure we need an engineer out

Have you changed your broadband package recently and does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is let up ?

Nope nothing has changed and we've been with sky atleast 15years

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
