My parents phone line has been engaged for over 90 minutes and my father is elderly and may have forgotten to hang up the phone properly. I have no way of contacting him until tomorrow after 9am. How do I get the line checked and cleared tonight please

@LeeDale1 Sky's customer services are closed now, I'm afraid until they re-open at around 7.00am. I'm not sure they can do anything to clear the line anyway.
