Home phone stopped working

My home phone has a dial tone, I dial a number it rings but is not working. Even tried phoning my mobile which showed on the home phone it was ringing but the mobile phone did not show any calls.

@Audy+uk are you new to Sky? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?

And do you have Internet calls, where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Or standard calls where your phone plugs into a wall socket?
