Phone line only receiving not making calls

I swapped over to sky fibre broadband on Tuesday. Since my landline has been unable to make calls.

Just so you know, it's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here.

I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband router? It may simply be taking a little longer than usual for activation of the phone line service to complete. Do you have a black Hub? Or white?
