Hello.
My phone line has stopped working, which also means broadband and skytv downloadable content has also stopped working.
I don't get a dial tone if I try to make a call and the handset says "line in use" even though it isnt, and there is a strange brr-brr-brr noise.
If I call the landline from a mobile, the phone does ring but does not connect.
I've followed all the user guides on the help pages, and nothing works. The landline status shows green/OK, and the broadband status checker says it cannot connect to the hub/red.
I've even tried a different phone handset connected directly to the main phone line bypassing the ADSL splitter, and its just the same fault.
I really need some help with this, and I can't find a number to call to report the fault.
Please can someone from Sky help with this?
Thanks

If you already have a Sky Mobile call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.

As with other large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Depending on your particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.
