Phone line not recognised

I changed my broadband to fibre on 16th June the engineer came out and set it up however my phone line has not worked since when anyone tries to call me is says the number is not recognised. So this has not been reconnected your end. I have called several times and no one is helping it is now day 5 and i an elderly with no phone. I need this resolved immediately.

Is the landline phone now plugged into the back of the broadband hub (router)?

What has Sky said?

 

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? If you have Fibre it won't work from a wall socket.
