Switching to Sky
After a week not receiving incoming calls, an Open Reach Engineer identified a potential problem with the new router provided by Sky. Although I am a new customer, Sky advised the Engineer in advance that they may have connected my phone to a different account, which would mean that a random third party is receiving my incoming calls. As if that is not bad enough, Sky had also provided the engineer with three months of prior service data for 'my' account, which has only been live for 8 days. I think Sky do not know what they are doing and I can't wait to switch to another supplier.
