Phone line not recieving or outgoing
My phone line isn't making or receiving calls, and the line has a slight buzz to it.thsts more than 24hrs

Has your Sky landline worked OK before?
First try the,simple connection test here, even if your broadband is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
