After a major outage in our location on phone lines the fault was allegedly fixed. The problem is that it is not our phone number. This only was noticed after answering a call and being told ' sorry wrong number'.
On calling my mobile from th landline, an unknown number was displayed. We want our number back.

Not sure if dialling 150 will work if the crossed line isn't a Sky number. If you can't call via your mobile post back on this thread and we can maybe get you some help via the Messaging Team.
