Phone line faulty since October 10

Was with Now it changed to sky it is impossible to speak to anyone whatsoever. Tried speaking to to a virtual assistant that impossible. I use the phone line for my Business. Never had these problems with BT.

@Fred43  You need to be aware sky talk is not a business service but residential for domestic use only 

 

you would need an appropriate business account

Sky don't provide phone services for business use.

 

Is your phone plugged jnto your broadband Hub?
