No dial tone but calls coming in to landline

I can't make outgoing calls on my landline but calls are coming in ok

Yeah.... not too sure when it stopped working.... we rarely use it but it was fine until farlirly recently

@Skyuser16 I'm assuming there's been no upgrade to your broadband package coinciding with the calls problem. Try the simple connection test here first, even if your broadband is working normally: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

If it doesn't detect an issue, it's probably best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here tomorrow so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
