I think our phone line has been cut outside our house - the internet works but the phone line is constantly engaged - how can we get an engineer to come out?
broadband still working so all seems ok but the phone line not working at all

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

Tried the testing - still engaged and says check phone line - changed microfilter - still same thing - phone still says check phone line - haven't got another phone to check if it's the phone

@tomc371 hi we seem to be having an issue with our phone now (busy tone if we call it from our mobile and no dial tone on the landline at all if calling out). How did you fix your problem? Did you get an engineer to come out?

Have you run the connection test, as recommended in the reply to the original post?

yes everything is good when test run and broadband speed back up to what it should be -previously that had gone down to 3.3mb and it should be 34.3mb!

I think you'll have to report it to Sky. If you wish we can ask their messaging team to contact you (tomorrow) here via a private online chat so that you can do that.

I've just moved from BT to Sky for Broadband and Landline. I can dial out but the Landline is always engaged if someone tries to call. Have tested line, uploaded a photo of phone connection. Same with 2 different handsets. Can anyone help please.

Hi @Mark39it was a few weeks ago. I contacted them today to ask them to cancel the call divert i had in case it was to do with that but they tell me call divert is auto cancelled when the account is closed.
