Phone issue

Phone has diall tone but can't or recive calls and when phone off a mobile says number not recognised also my alexa tablet wont connect to WiFi says password saved

Is there any background to this? Are you new to Sky's landline/broadband service? Or upgraded your Sky broadband service?

Hi upgrade and there's a dial tone but soon as you enter the number you need it stays as a diall tone and when you ring the home number from a mobile it says number not recognised

When was your upgrade activated? Do you have a black broadband Hub or a white one? Is your phone plugged into your Hub?

It's the white hub and it's plugged in to the router and it was activated on the 18 feb only just found out yesterday when the doctors tried to phone

Thanks. First try resetting your Max Hub by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. Let us know if that resolves it.

 

If not, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
