I am in my 80's with poor eyesight and I need face-to-face help to test and fix phone line interference.
The interference has been getting worse over the last two weeks and most calls are impossible.
Being elderly, I rely on my landline.
Please help.

Re: Phone interference - elderly customer needs face-to-face help
Welcome to the Community @HelpNeeded3.
Just so you know, we're mainly customers here.
Can you tell us more about what the interference sounds like?
And can you try the simple connection test here, by clicking on the 'test my connection' button? If a fault is detected, you'll be able to book an engineer online.
