Landline Stopped working yesterday

Landline is not recieveing or making calls, there is no dialing tone, my husband has tried everything on your help section but still nothing. I rely on this phone line for hospital apointments as i am being treated for end of life throat cancer and need the phone working again as soon as possible.

Try Sky's  Service Status checker (link in the help below) for known issues in your area, and then run the connection test, even if your broadband is ok.

If there are no known faults and the connection test doesn't detect a problem, you'll need to report it to Sky.

Done all the test it all comes back as working and i do not get very good signal on my mobile phone so can not contact sky by phone, and as i said it is hard for me to speak dew to throat cancer.
