Phone does not ring on incoming calls

I am a brand new customer for broadband and telephone. My phone was fine under BT but now it doesn't ring on incoming calls.

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Are you able to make calls?

Yes I can make calls without any problems. All 4 lights on the hub are green.

How 'brand new'? It can take 24 hours for all Sky Talk services to be working as they should.
