Just noticed that my phone that's connected to my router has no tone and looking at my router it says Phone Disconnected.
All test pass and no errors show.
Any ideas because nothing has changed at my end other that the other day the broadband dropped out and reconnected and that's when I noticed the disconnected phone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have a black broadband Hub, what colour is the Voice light on the front panel? Try restarting the Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds.
