Phone connected to SKY hub does not get or make calls.
I can see here that my issue isn't unique. But none of the responses in this community tell me how the matter is resolved. Use of the customer service centre is making me angry just going through the same steps time and time again.
I suspect there is an issue with my previous provider TalkTalk and I just wanted to talk to a competent human customer service person to tell them. I tried booking an engineer but that just takes you to another link where it asks you try a number of things. None of which resolved the problem. So it said I needed to upload a photo of the back of the router showing connections. I did, they gave me a reference number. But nothing since.
Given this is certainly a known issue, why is Customer Service so useless at providing a resolution or sending an engineer?
P.S. If anyone knows a way to speak to a competent human who will listen and understand, please let me know. Not having a phone contact is the ultimate way to ensure your serfs only get what you are prepared to begrudgingly give out.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
