Landline

I had 2 engineers out at start of year the first week ne was someone from Liverpool who could not fix the problem as he said it was too dark to go up the pole. Another engineer came into the house but said he had to go check something next thing I know I got a message to say my problem had been fixed I replied to say I still couldn't make or receive calls and it is still the same can you please send someone out to fix this. Thanks

You'll need to contact Sky again like you presumably did the first time.
