I have just left sky and when moving to a new provider my landline phone number has changed.
This has never happened before, I have always been able to retain my old number when switching, does anyone know if there is any way to get the phone number back? I heard something about them being able to re-activate it briefly so it can be ported?

Thanks, yes I did speak to them and they said I need to try to get sky to reactivate the old number as long as it has been within 30 days, which it has.
Anyone know how I should contact sky to ask them this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NHol you can only contact Customer Services. They may be able to hand you off to specialist team whose scopy includes your issue, but I'm not confident that they'll be able to help with this.
