Sky talk via router not working

Hope someone can help! We changed from BT to Sky this week. Broadband working fine and white light on sky max hub.  However, our landline (which is via the internet) isn't working. No dial tone and if I phone the home number is says number temporarily unavailable.  Tried ringing Sky but get cut off! Can anyone he,p? I've checked the cables are correct and also restarted the hub.

If your internet-based landline isn’t working after switching to Sky. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
