Phone Line Fault

Hi
Our landline phone is saying 'Check Phone Line' and there is no dial tone. We can't make outgoing or receive incoming calls.
I cannot find anywhere to test the line on Sky's help page.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to get this sorted?
