phone is not working

My phone is not working and consequently the broadband is not either. The 'bot' and website are useless. Has anyone had experience of how to get a line fixed?

@Rob8851 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi,

I already did this several times after going around in circles within the website.

Simply tells me what I alraedy knwo.....Broadband is not working.

Phone has no connection, broadband is dead....I'm no expert but to me it seems there is an external connection issue.

the check states 'There are no known issues affecting your Sky Broadband & Talk service'.

All I can read from that is that there may be an 'unknown' issue?!?
