I cancelled sky from my previous address but I did not want my phone disconnected my husband is living there and need the phone for health issues I don't have a phone at this address the hub is in the attic and a sky dish which should not have been put up and a hole into my new wall

If you cancelled Sky Broadband at that address then you also cancelled the Sky Talk landline.

Did you have Sky Q installed there? If you did then you, or the appropriate adult you left there to deal with it should have questioned the install.

@Dannyboy1  If you did a Home move then  as @Daniel0210  all services at your old address would be cancelled and setup at your new address, if you moved Sky Q as part of this I'd be interested to know where you expected the dish to go?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
