Cant make outgoing calls

Can receive calls but unable to make outgoing calls. New phone and dial tone seems good. Bought another phone today and same problem. Do I need to get sky engineer out?

@Rickcir are you new to Sky's landline service? Or recently upgraded your broadband service with Sky? What happens when you try to make a call?
