No Line

My mother's landline appears to be dead...no dial tone. Broadband seems OK.

 

2 problems:

 

  • I'm 70 miles away.
  • She's in her 90s and relies on the phone line for her panic alarm.

 

I cant speak to anyone as I'm not the account holder and she's too frail to talk!
