@Patricia1212 Sky Talk is bundled with Sky Broadband. Call Sky and make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff. That way if you make no calls there'll be no charges.

If this is a landline phone and you have Sky Broadband then you can not cancel the phone as it is bundled together with your broadband package. To save some money you could call Sky on 150 to ask them to change your calls package to pay as you talk, so if you make no calls then there will be no charges.
