My gran is 92 and has had the above error since 6:30 pm this evening . Concerned as her social services lifeline pendant is connected to phone line

can't see any issues with sky talk online and broadband connection is working as blink camera is active

@JeanAshcroft Are you able to call Sky on your Gran's behalf and report this fault?
