Landline not working since switching to sky fibre

Hi all, I was hoping someone could help me. My landline is not working after we switched to sky fibre. I have done all the checks and phoned sky several times in the last 12 days. I either get told I phoned the wrong department even though they gave me the number or the call gets cut off. They said they would call me back twice but never did. I have spent days on the phone. They also said they can see the problem but before they sorted it I got cut off again and I can't get them back. Anyone have any help or tips Thanks

@ronflegg  Is your phone plugged into the wall or is it in the back of the router?

@ronfleggWhere you told that you where going on to VOIP calls or Internet calling when you did the order for the upgrade?

 

Is the voice light on and if so what colour is it?
