For a few months now when phoning my friend it comes up with "number not recognized", it is only with his number, no one else's. It is the correct number, it is the same calling from mobile.
If it's the same whether you call from your landline or your mobile that may point towards the issue being at his end. If he calls you does it display his caller I.D. and does it display his correct number? Is he having the same issue with other callers?
