Number Does Not Exist

I have one number, that I know of, that gives "number does not exist" when dialling either on my Sky landline or mobile.

The number is correct and is accessible to people not on Sky Talk.

Have reset the router but no difference.

Any suggestions before I contact Sky?

Yes, give Sky a call (dial 150). It sounds like a routing issue of some sort which they'll need to sort out.
