Phone Line Dead!

My Phone Line is Dead but Internet is working. Sky Service Checker says all is ok??!! Its not!! After trying all the usual checks, I tried phoning but staff are in training and wait time is over 30 minutes ... hold music after eight minutes turned me suicidal!! Can I get an Amen Engineer out to fix this please??

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit up ?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
