Not sure if scam email or not?

Had an email through to say the following, does anyone know if it's legit or not? The broadband network in your area is being upgraded as part of the national network upgrade. Your current Broadband and Talk service — which is delivered through an old copper network — will need to be switched off from August 2026. To stay connected, you’ll need to move to a Sky Broadband and Talk service on the new technology. What you need to doIt is important that you call us to discuss your options, to avoid any disruption to your Broadband and Talk service, or any healthcare devices you may depend on.

@Machin an upgrade of this nature is certainly taking place, so it may well be legitimate. As a precaution you could call Sky's general customer services number (or 150 on your Talk landline or Sky Mobile) rather than any number that might be included in the email.

Note that 'Broadband and Talk service' is the bundling of analogue voice calls alongside internet access, and it's the former which is ceasing.
